In my recent finds from the blog hopping activities I’ve noticed that lots of online shops or magazine or fashion addicts loves to labeling all sorts of clothing items as a staple items…won’t argue them as the know best..I’m no fashion expert but for me always keep it simple….

A great pair of Jeans.

Jeans should be flattering to your figure and comfortable. A good fitting pair of jeans has always been the ultimate fashion staple. For me the darker the better as it will make everyone look slimmer and will go with just about everything. They also look more elegant.

Black Cardigan.

I think every woman’s wardrobe should have a good black cardigan. It’s great with jeans, or pair it over a shirt, dresses or even colorful basic tees…

Quality pair of Black Pumps.

When purchasing @ investing in black pumps you should make sure that comfort comes first! Invest in a good pair no matter what brand it is. You can wear pumps with almost anything.

Quality crisp white shirt.

Finding one that is perfect can be tiring. But anyone would agree with me once you have it, it would definitely be a favorite item in the closet. Great for both work and leisure!! Pair it with jeans and flats when running errands or attending a casual event. On the days where you feel the need to dress up simply add on accessories.

Fabulous roomy handbag.

Every woman should own a high quality, roomy handbag. It’s great to chunk in all the essentials and be stylish at the same time. However, make sure time and effort when purchasing the bag. And if you don’t have one, save for it and get one!

yummy M.A.C and cheese....

had a yummy meal of mac n cheese today..BEEN craving for it for several weeks now..so after the trip to the Hendon Park with Kak In , Akilah , Bree and Juniper, Kak In and I and of course Little princess snoozing in the prem headed to M&S for an instant lunch...balik umah je straight away popped the mac n cheese in the oven and...voilaaa!! a serving of yummy mac n cheese is ready! puas hati :P

lepas the late lunch did some studying to prepare myself for thursday's class...lepas study terus layan teh long awaited GG and OTH...arrghhh sedey laa pulak both episodes..poor B...

anyways lagu tanpa by sixth sense has been buzzing in my head now..knew that song months ago after sessions of you tube..loved it like i loved their other songs..anyways when i went back to malaysia recently the song was played by hot fm like zillion of times as well.. and now im loving it even more when its the theme song for "Cinta Untuk Ain" @ tv3...haihs..mr q!!

its spring now here in London...and im loving the weather and the burst of colours everywhere i go!!!!

watched boston legal and it was part of a the new partners dialogue..tot its a catchy to teach akilah.. instead of the ordinary train sound, i'll introduce "jimmy jimmy jimmy choo...." i like how it sounds..but her abah seems to think its ajaran sesat!! but nothing wrong with early education rite??

anyways..setelah kian lama this week my schedule dah back to normal..classes dah mula and the intensive sessions pun dah bermula.. i need to buckle up and be consistent for this upcoming 2 months...

I would also like to panjangkan kesyukuran kepada Allah S.W.T kerana akhirnya segala sickness yang melanda diriku selama beberapa minggu telah kembali pulih..no more cough..flu..ulcer..mata yang bengkak and fever..i feel more comfortable now!

more great news!!! my sis is coming over with ms sinar end of april...yeay!! looks like we can celebrate our birthdays together! mine is on the 1st may and ayu's is on the 5th...walaupun cant celebrate it with my frens back home i still have my siblings and ms sinar with me!

cant wait for esok..girls day out ngan kak in..kak wan and kak imah..baru nak tgk confession of a shopaholic!!! wink wink...

ok so im at a part of my life where decisions are to be made in the near future..a decision which is inter-related like walking on a spiderweb..so fragile yet so strong..dramatic aite!! but its true..

the days are not getting any shorter and still i have no decision..everything just keeps on repeating again and again in my head...

kalau i decide hdasgfha then dgahsgfial WILL HAPPEN!!!

at 24 goin to be 25 im starting to feel as if im left behind in the marathon..i know life is not a race but there must be a point in the life where you can see a light rite?? ok..what the hell am i talking about..if u get it then great but if u dont u can just ignore it!

ok..maybe when i came here, my path was very clear and easy..i mean i had abang and kak in so there wasnt any problem in accomodation and homesick and etc..

if i choose [A] then i would go have to go through the process like any other students yang study overseas..not that im complaining sebab i have done all the process of adjusting to a new place before..boarding school, umah sewa in melaka, umah sewa in cyberjaya. plus..i have worked in many other places and environment..i know its different but i'll manage...i can say that im quite independant in a lot of stuff..i would have to figure out visa stuff as well..apepun.. option [A] requires a lot of money..that is the only issue..

if i choose [B] than i would be nearer to home..but i'd need to try a different approach..work and study part time..kirenya visa problem nadaaa...money pun kire tak berproblem sangat..cuma id lost the longer experience that i expected when i came arrived in London.

walaupun not all the details diexplain here tapi sebenarnya banyak issue yang perlu dipertimbangkan..

when a lovely day turns SOUR!

today we had a trip down south of london to clapham south..sajer nak bersiar-siar disamping kak in was looking for a fish shop.. since there was no underground service from Stockwell onwards, we had to take a replacement bus instead. we stopped at Clapham South..

according to Kak In the fish shop is just around the corner of the Clapham South Tube Station..walking around the area we couldnt see the shop..instead..we walked up towards Clapham Common. The area was lovely and there was a large park all the way towards Clapham Common. Still seeking for the shop, but nadaa...

Sebab semua dah lapar we decided to eat . I had Grilled Tuna served with coconut rice and manggo dressing..Sounds funny right..if it wasnt because abang persuaded me i wouldnt dare to try the dish..anyways..the result was yummy!! mmg meaty laa..tak rasa sangat pun cam ikan..

after the great lunch@dinner we headed back to Clapham South since Kak In was determined to find the shop. Luckily Abang and Kak In spotted the shop at the other corner of the tube station.Luckily belum tutup lagi but they were already cleaning up. Since we arrived late there wasnt much choices available. We bought prawns and mussels for just 15 pounds..for the amount it was considered cheap.

In order to get back to Stockwell to take the Northern Line once again kene naik bus. We hopped on bus 155. the bus was packed hence i decided to stand by the back door. There was this african american guy started asking me question about the line closure and the replacement bus and so on..at that time mmg rapat laa ngan i since the bus was packed! me as usual being helpful answered his questions without doubt.anyways..suddenly he was panicking and said he was on the wrong bus and hopped off at the next stop. I realized that my bag was opened so i checked whether my wallet and phone was still in it. Forgetting that i had my camera along, i just continued the journey. Only when I was about to reach Hendon Central I realized that my bag was lighter than it was suppose to and i checked my bag and saw that my camera wasnt there anymore.

It was then i realized that stupid jerk must have taken it..damn u!currently feeling SAD & REGRET at the same time! walaupun the camera was just a normal one,takder laa grand sangat but i bought it with my savings..sedeynya...i guess there goes all the great pictures that we took today!!

dah kene tambah lagi satu barang dalam wishlist!

pumbaa!!!

yesterday i finally had a chance to watch an award winning musical "The Lion King" people say The Lion King is a benchmark musical performance here in London and is definately a must if you have an opportunity to go..

held at the Lyceum Theatre, with a grand circle ticket [ coz to jer mampu..] was a great experience that definately brings me back to the days when i first saw the animated feature produced by Walt Disney..if im not mistaken watched it with ayu and mama back in south africa! back then i even asked mama to by me the ost of The Lion King and blasted it out loud every chance that i get..

anyways..back to the musical..its amazing how the cast and the production boleh membuatkan i bertenggeng dihujung kerusi semata-mata to ensure that i dont miss any part of the show..:D even though i didnt really like the young simba's voice..the adult simba dah berjaya mengcover for both simba's...loved young and adult nala's voice..not forgetting the funny timon and pumbaa...

a speacial thanks to kak imah yang bookkan teh tickets..for those yang berada di London and belum tengok lagi, id definately say its a must for you!

Akilah's First Birthday Batch

we had akilah's first birthday party yesterday...the theme was Winnie the Pooh! thanks to akilah's mummy, the house looked great will all the decors!!
