yesterday i finally had a chance to watch an award winning musical "The Lion King" people say The Lion King is a benchmark musical performance here in London and is definately a must if you have an opportunity to go..
held at the Lyceum Theatre, with a grand circle ticket [ coz to jer mampu..] was a great experience that definately brings me back to the days when i first saw the animated feature produced by Walt Disney..if im not mistaken watched it with ayu and mama back in south africa! back then i even asked mama to by me the ost of The Lion King and blasted it out loud every chance that i get..
anyways..back to the musical..its amazing how the cast and the production boleh membuatkan i bertenggeng dihujung kerusi semata-mata to ensure that i dont miss any part of the show..:D even though i didnt really like the young simba's voice..the adult simba dah berjaya mengcover for both simba's...loved young and adult nala's voice..not forgetting the funny timon and pumbaa...
a speacial thanks to kak imah yang bookkan teh tickets..for those yang berada di London and belum tengok lagi, id definately say its a must for you!
