ok.. so i do this everytime saya terasa I need a perk to excites me so that I am more motivated....heheh..

kadang ada gak cita-cita hangat-hangat T*** ayam:P

cam aritu yang bersemangat waja nak kurus tu..ingat lagi tak??

hehehe...the reason i stopped susah payah is i realized that bila I berjaga-jaga and diet I gained more weight...bila cam biasa jer it goes down..pastu I realized that my body is indeed funny... i gained weight when i'm stressed and i loose weight when i'm happy.. some of my frens agak terbalik...

my horrid experience started ever since April 2008!

prior to that i do get breakouts but it was just here and there.. Disebabkan my curiosity to try Dermalogica i signed up on a course that is worth like 1K plus..

reason: nakkan kulit yg lebih halus cam telur la kunun
status kulit ketika itu : clear with blackheads

after the second session i started breaking out, yang bernanah and all..the consultant bg reason sbb nak kene keluarkan yg bwh2 kulit..all the kotoron crap..after 3rd and 4th session makin teruk.. my skin started to turn dark... horrid giler.. my frens ramai yg tau...siap niesa suruh sue lagi...

after that sebab bengang i decided to stop the treatments..

when my parents came back from London the literally didnt recognize me at the airport..sedih betul..tambahan pula tengah final sem time tu..stress lg..so mmy teruk la my face..

silapnya i didnt go to the doctors...

i started using Clinique blemish set...
result: makin teruk and makin kering...

I remembered my pictures time farewell pre London mmg teruk giler muka..

sampai London i tried Proactive Skin Solutions

result: no changes..makin kering and further breakout!
since The weather there not helping.. orang kata duk tempat sejuk muka mesti oknya..mitos:P

the next products was Dr Murad...some may be familiar with these products
result: no changes...exam stress not helping

on the final day of my exams i went straight to Brentcross Shopping mall..masuk Bodyshop..the SA cam kesian agaknya tgk my face all swollen up and breakouts cam mushroom..dia bg i all the tea tree nya samples...

suprisingly..alhamdullillah it soothes down...

when i came back to Malaysia I continued...plus at that time i used Valencia's night cream...my face cleared up real good... time raya 2009 and time induction tu i just had like minor breakout...

after bout 6 months using Body Shop Products my faces started teruk balik...

tension punya pasal I started using Khiels pulak......
again..for the past several months still no clear skin..

So I was introduced Mary Kay's products by a friend..

Just recieved it today.. I am crossing my fingers as they say people with a even worse case than mine was happy with the products..they say i should wait for about 2 weeks to see the difference...

oh yaa.. I started drinking Innershine Prune drink as well..hope it will help..due to tonsil I am avoiding spicy and fried food..so that will be a bonus for me...

adakah misi ini akan berjaya???
