it was indeed a good session.. light yet very informative...

i love that most of what he taught can be practiced everyday...

okay.. let me share some key points with u guys..

~sustain a close loving relationship with everyone around you..
~value ourselves
~perceive reality as it is..
~deal reasonably with others
~establish and maintain close relationship
~feel a sense of fulfillment that makes the effort worthwhile

in dealing with depresion.. always go for a plant based diet..take wholegrain..and eat alot of fruits...

3 ways to destress or release ur anger...

~journaling
~music therapy
~laughter therapy

and i think i need to go shopping for new bags..hehehe.. sbbnya most of my bags mampu buat saya "Drop Dead" secepat mungkin dan menjadi tumpuan peragut dan sewaktu dengannya...
