Alhamdullillah, Mr Dose and I have been engaged for 3 months and we have about 4 months to go to our big day...
Niesa asked me today hows the wedding prep ?
and my answer was "wedding prep oklah..body prep not so good..lol"
and its true..ever since i twisted my ankle today i only exercised twice..well walking at the shopping mall or jalan TAR doesnt count :P
today my motivation to exercise naik balik after seeing my dad susah payah nak loose the kgs and yet I'm the one who is getting married in several months...
however, to my disappointment 3km on the strider feels like forever..its took me a freaking 21 minutes to complete the 3km.. sedih betul...
naik atas sambung buat sit ups pula...
i want to be the toned, flat tummy, curvy bride and yet I just cant say no to the food.. i love it too much..
i trade keluar dating over exercise at any time ..bila date activity utama adalah makan lagi..hehhe
i really need my mojo back!
so today i made a list of several things that may help me loose several kg and inches...
i also weight myself to ensure i see how heavy i am right now and whether I'm making any progress throughout these upcoming months..
perhaps i should also fast to recover the days i have missed during my red flagged days
i know dah ntah berapa bnyk kali day konon-konon bersemangat nak kurus and yet saya hangat-hangat tahi ayam!
hope this time around i will be more motivated and leh tahan nafsu sendiri..lebih menyedihkan ,my inches dah naik since i last measured for my wedding dress...
my dressmaker pun sudah suruh diet since my wedding dress is in progress.. tak muat siap!
dear badminton friends! lets continue our usual sessions!
my jogging partner, sila jangan ajak saya elsewhere when we already have a date by the "lakeside"
will post a picture of my list later so i need my dear friends to be my personal cop to say no if i disobey my own rules...
