menu utk hari ini:-
breakfast - special shake made by my sis.. yummy indeed..tak sangka leh hbskan
lunch - bihun sup and milo ice..[salah kan mak cik tu sbb silap dgr my order..tea o ice jadi milo ice daa.. my frens would know that i dont consume any drinks with milk bila makan sbb nnt i'll end up tak makan]
dinner- chicken sandwich
exercise for the day:-
basuh kretaku aka sang putih ..menyentalnya sudah memadai utk quota exercise ku pada hari ini..hehehe

anyways.. selesai basuh kreta, sambung bubuh medication for papa.. today is a good day sebab he finally decides to go to the hospital after mama pujuk dia.. he has been delaying and avoiding it sebab with his current condition,he would definately be warded katanya...it has been an emotional 2 weeks for me and im glad he finally decide to go to the hospital...
