The never ending target.. Kui kui..

I'm feeling low, down and demotivated..

Yaaa.. Saya akan cuba ,cuba dan cuba sampai dapat..

Walaupun bnyk kali tertewas.. Perhaps with a new motivational drive I will reach my target..

Check list!

Avoid rice at night
Drink lots of plain water
No coke, sarsi, marinda strawberry dan sewaktu dengannya..
Big no no for seafood (nasib ni ramai yg mengawal) I miss u prawns and sotong
No ice ! Chewahh konon.. Takkan nya lah..
Skipping or sit ups everyday
Jogging or styder once or twice a week
No chocs? Sobssss

Short term goal dulu..
